Blazt Nissan Consult Usb Cable Software

Cable

Just wondering how many people are using these cables?

Consult 3 Plus V75 is a professional diagnostic tool for Nissan cars. Consult-3 Plus diagnosis system provides completed diagnosis and service information based on a wireless platform. Consult-3 Plus can support all the models of the Nissan and Infiniti from 1996 up till 2017. There are other CONSULT adapters besides Blazt - they are just my personal recommendation for starters. There is also a good set of CONSULT softwares. I use Nissan Datascan, which BTW, also comes with Blazt, if you order their package. As for reliability, speed, etc. Both serial and USB are just as good.

I have had a reported issue with Type 3 boards today disconnecting due to the 'corrupted data' error message.

Nissan Consult-3 Communication Mode: 1. Bluetooth; Operation Notes: Nissan Consult-3 plus can only work with Windows XP(SP2 or later). It cannot work in VISTA system Packing list: 1pc. Nissan Consult-3 plus vehicle communication module + OBD-16 Cable 1pc. Nissan 14PIN Line 1pc. USB 2.0 Cable 1pc. Bluetooth 1pc. Power Supply 1pc. Casebox. On the usb consult cable topic, i've just got back 150 cables from having the consult connector assembled onto them (just the cable + consult connector assebled on end, the usb end/circuitry isnt done or anything, just plain wires). Will do some maths and work out how much i could get some usb consult cables done for. Is your consult cable a PLMS USB consult cable? YES – PLMS Cable: Make sure that when your cable is plugged into your laptop the RED LED is lit. When you attempt connection to the ECU the green ‘Rx’ light should flicker. Proceed to Question 10 NO – Check that the cable works on your vehicle or another Nissan vehicle where available.

They switched from Blazt to PLMS (serial) cable and problem went away.
The 'corrupted data' error message occurs when data we receive from the ECU does not match match the data sent. Investigating this issue and a 'workaround' but wondering how many people actually use these cables with NIStune
